In this role you will be:

Exterior paint exterior painting of homes, townhomes, apartments, barns, and light industrial buildings
Providing leadership and empowerment to up-and-coming painters
Utilizing Batz ladders, man-lifts, and spraying equipment

Experience required

A Minimum of 1-3 years painting experience spraying exteriors
Must have brush, roll, sprayer and preparation experience
Must have the ability to work alone or with a team
Must be able to work safely on ladders, lifts and proper use of PPE equipment where required
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be available to work full work weeks and weekends when busy
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to work off ladders and man-lifts
Keep a neat appearance and be well-groomed
Proficient in English
Have a good work attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
